Cool Cats Send Valentines to Ronald McDonald House

Middle Country Central School District’s Unity Drive PreK/Kindergarten Center’s Cool Cats recently created Valentine’s Day cards for the children, families and staff members at the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island. Ms. Christine Carrion’s students, nicknamed the Cool Cats, were thrilled to use their creativity and honor the spirit of this day of love by showing their support for the children and families currently residing in the Ronald McDonald House.

On Valentine’s Day, a friend of the Cool Cats, Douglas Elliman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, helped deliver these special Valentines to Ronald McDonald House, whose mission is to provide assistance and support to sick children and their families , and to keep them together, during their trying time.

The District continues to pursue opportunities that allow students to share messages of love, kindness and respect to those in need of uplifting.
